Nanshan Aluminum won the Shandong Provincial Employee Innovation and Efficiency Competition Achievement Award

On April 9, the award ceremony for Nanshan Aluminum's winning of the provincial finals award for the 2023 Shandong Provincial Workers' Innovation and Creativity Competition was held in Nanshan, and the Longkou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions presented the award to the Nanshan Aluminum team.

At the ceremony, the Longkou Federation of Trade Unions read out the "Notice of the Shandong Federation of Trade Unions on the Results of the Provincial Finals of the 2023 Shandong Workers Innovation and Creativity Competition ", announcing that in the provincial finals of the 2023 Shandong Workers Innovation and Creativity Competition held by the Shandong Federation of Trade Unions recently, the COMAC 7055 Aluminum Alloy T-profile Extrusion Process Optimization and Bending Processing Deformation Research Innovation Project submitted by Nanshan Aluminum won the second prize. Zhang Xuelei, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Longkou Federation of Trade Unions, presented the award to Lv Zhengfeng, Chairman and General Manager of Nanshan Aluminum. Representatives of the winning teams introduced the award-winning research results and made statements.

According to reports, the innovative research and development product of COMAC's 7055 aluminum alloy T-profile extrusion process optimization and bending deformation is a research and development project based on the background of the localization of aviation materials for domestic large aircraft, and is mainly used for the wing long stringers of COMAC's C919 aircraft. The application of this achievement has made Nanshan Aluminum the first domestic company with the ability to mass produce this product, breaking the foreign technology monopoly. It is of milestone significance for the domestic civil aircraft industry to achieve independent research and development and production, and has written a strong and colorful stroke in the innovative development of Nanshan Aluminum.
