Anheuser-Busch InBev and Nanshan Aluminum's Strip Division Renew Long-term Strategic Cooperation Agreement

2023 , Erik Novaes, Vice President of Global Packaging Procurement of Anheuser-Busch InBev, led a procurement team to visit the Strip Division of Nanshan Aluminum for a visit and inspection. Song Changming, General Manager of Nanshan Holdings, Lv Zhengfeng, Chairman and General Manager of Nanshan Aluminum, and Gu Huafeng, General Manager of the Strip Division of Nanshan Aluminum, and other leaders accompanied the inspection.

During this visit, the two sides had in-depth and forward-looking discussions on the global development trends, technological innovation dynamics and sustainable development vision of packaging materials, and reached a new long-term strategic cooperation agreement.

During the visit, the Anheuser-Busch InBev team visited the Nanshan Development Exhibition Hall and the Nanshan Aluminum Technology Exhibition Hall. They were shocked by Nanshan's current multi-industry development pattern and highly praised Nanshan Aluminum's technological innovation and product innovation.

The delegation highly recognized the achievements made by Nanshan in sustainable development in the workshop of Nanshan Aluminum's high-quality recycled aluminum project. They believed that Nanshan shared a high degree of consistency and values with Anheuser-Busch InBev in its goal of green industrial operations, which strengthened their confidence in long-term cooperation with Nanshan.

Afterwards, the two sides conducted an in-depth discussion on how to use new technologies to improve the performance of packaging materials and reduce costs. The AB InBev team expressed appreciation for Nanshan Aluminum's strength in technology research and development and innovation, and highly recognized Nanshan's many firsts in packaging materials, aviation materials, and automotive materials. In terms of the vision of sustainable development, both parties believe that the social responsibility of a company is not only to pursue economic benefits, but also to pay attention to environmental, social and corporate governance standards. The AB InBev team highly praised Nanshan Aluminum's performance in social responsibility.

During the meeting, the two sides signed an agreement on strategic cooperation for the next few years, further consolidating the long-term strategic relationship established over more than ten years of cooperation.
