On the morning of October 23, the Yantai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government held a mobilization meeting for the decisive battle in the fourth quarter and a reward and redemption meeting for doubling enterprises. The meeting rewarded 62 doubling cultivation enterprises that met the reward and subsidy conditions. Yantai Nanshan Aluminum New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Nanshan Aluminum, was successfully selected, and Lu Zhengfeng, Chairman and General Manager of Nanshan Aluminum, went on stage to receive the award.
In August last year, Yantai took the lead in launching the enterprise doubling plan in the province, selecting key enterprises in the city to be included in the cultivation pool management, and providing the greatest possible resources, policies and services to support the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and their expansion and strengthening. This time, 62 enterprises that meet the conditions for reward and subsidy will be heavily rewarded to encourage leading enterprises to further strengthen the "hard backbone" of the industry and achieve doubling "acceleration".

In June 2023, the launching ceremony of the high-precision aluminum alloy roller hearth furnace independently developed by Nanshan Aluminum and a number of universities and research institutes was grandly held at the Donghai Aviation Materials Park Aviation Materials Extrusion Plant, which also marked that the equipment broke through the foreign technology monopoly and achieved localization for the first time, helping to realize the independent and controllable production of aluminum alloy raw materials for China's aviation.
Make efforts to explore new green and low-carbon paths and lead the green and low-carbon development of the industry. In order to optimize the industrial structure and actively respond to the national dual-carbon strategy, Nanshan Aluminum has created a series of key projects such as "high-quality recycled aluminum grade preservation and utilization", "high-end lightweight aluminum strip", "park photovoltaic", "10,000 tons of refined aluminum", etc., following the green manufacturing principles of "efficient, clean, low-carbon, and circular", starting from strict management of its own supply chain, insisting on green procurement, and making every effort to achieve the goals of lightweight resources, waste resource utilization, recycling and recovery, and taking solid steps towards accelerating the construction of a closed-loop ecosystem for the aluminum processing industry chain, pursuing green, low-carbon, energy-saving and high-quality development, and improving green industrial manufacturing, playing a leading role in the green and sustainable development of the industry.
