On September 4, the Yantai Municipal Market Supervision Administration announced the list of construction units of Yantai High-value Patent Cultivation Center in 2022, and Shandong Nanshan Aluminum Co., Ltd. was among them.
It is reported that the construction units of the high-value patent cultivation center will receive all-round support in terms of intellectual property creation, application, protection, and management, which will help strengthen the layout of high-quality invention patents, improve the quality of invention patent applications and patent authorization rates, promote the timely property rights of research and development results, enhance competitiveness, and promote breakthroughs in the research and development of key core technologies. This award is a full affirmation of Nanshan Aluminum's previous intellectual property work. At the same time, the high-value patent cultivation center will also become an important support for Nanshan Aluminum's future scientific and technological innovation.
In recent years, Nanshan Aluminum has adhered to the development strategy of "innovation-driven, high-end manufacturing, and deep processing", carried out patent strategy research and independent intellectual property brand strategy research with leading products and technologies as the core, and strengthened the layout of high-quality invention patents. The company's patent application work follows the principle of "invention patents as the main and utility models as the auxiliary". During the construction period, 107 invention patents were applied, including 56 in the field of strategic emerging industries, 78 entered the substantive examination stage, and 2 PCT patent applications; 16 new invention patents were authorized during the construction period, including 12 in the field of strategic emerging industries.
