Nanshan Aluminum was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in December 1999 (trading code: 600219).  Nanshan Aluminum International Holdings Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, was officially listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 25, 2025. Relying on the advantage of Nanshan Aluminum's only complete industrial chain in the shortest distance in the same region, Nanshan Aluminum has created a complete industrial chain from melting-mold-extrusion-surface treatment-composite-deep processing. It has a casting plant, a mold processing center, a building profile plant, an industrial profile plant, an aviation material extrusion plant, and the American Aklu AKLU door and window system, Expo system door and window and other enterprises. It is the largest and most competitive aluminum processing enterprise in China; it has maintained the first place in the production and sales of aluminum products in the same industry in China for many years.  At present, it has more than 60 of the world's most advanced 150MN, 125MN, 82MN, 72MN, 55MN, 45MN, 35MN, 27MN, 18MN, 11MN and other German SMS, Blassetz, Japan Ube extrusion production lines, equipped with a large number of internationally advanced supporting production equipment from the United States, Japan, Italy, Switzerland and other countries, which can produce high-precision and cutting-edge aluminum profiles of different varieties and specifications, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons. The product range covers many fields such as lightweight automobiles, aerospace, rail transportation, road transportation, electricity, ships, fine civil profiles, all-aluminum home furnishings, system doors and windows, etc. The products are not only sold well in more than 30 provinces and regions in China, but also exported overseas, maintaining long-term friendly cooperative relations with customers in Europe, America, Africa and Central Asia.  Mold Processing Center: All the world's advanced mold processing equipment such as Japan's Mazak gantry milling machine, Germany's DMG CNC machining center, Japan's Sodick wire cutting, EDM machine, Germany's Yan grinder, Germany's Ipsen vacuum nitriding furnace, etc. have been introduced to produce high-precision molds with different sections, which fully meet the production and market needs of aluminum extrusion.

Extrusion workshop: It has the world's top German SMS extrusion technology equipment and excellent supporting equipment such as aluminum bar power frequency gradient heating furnace, online quenching cooling, annealing furnace, vertical quenching, etc. The introduction of 63 extrusion machine equipment of different tonnages such as 1800 tons, 2800 tons, 3500 tons, 4500 tons, 6000 tons, 7200 tons, 9000 tons, and 16500 tons from Germany's SMS-OMCO company indicates that Nanshan Aluminum has introduced the world's advanced gradient heating, isothermal extrusion equipment and processes, and the technology of producing large-section industrial profiles has entered the forefront of the world.

 Electrophoretic oxidation workshop: It has three production lines, including Japan Aluminum MEX vertical oxidation coloring electrophoretic coating, horizontal oxidation and chemical polishing coloring, which can produce a variety of electrophoretic products such as flat, sanded, and colored. The production capacity reaches 120,000 tons.

Spraying workshop: It has 8 production lines, including Italy David Xin Comaito vertical automatic powder spraying, vertical wood grain spraying production line, and Japan Lanshi fully automatic fluorocarbon spraying, horizontal powder spraying, etc. The maximum cutting length that can be sprayed is 13 meters. The production capacity reaches 200,000 tons.

Striping workshop: It has a Swiss Muller insulation aluminum profile processing production line and more than 20 striping machines and compound machines for producing insulation profiles, which can produce insulation profiles of different sections. The current production capacity reaches 150,000 tons.

 Product and auxiliary material testing equipment: A national-level technical center has been established. The central laboratory is responsible for the quality inspection of Nanshan Aluminum's incoming raw materials and outgoing products. It has a variety of advanced imported testing equipment such as the German OBLF direct-reading spectrometer, the Israeli Vision H500 cross-section measuring instrument, the Japanese Olympus metallographic microscope, and the German Zeiss metallographic microscope to ensure product quality and outgoing qualification rate.

Nanshan Aluminum is a designated manufacturer of aluminum alloy building profiles of the Ministry of Construction. After more than 20 years of hard work, the quality and service have been continuously improved, and the product variety has increased day by day. The existing products involve dozens of fields such as fine building profiles, system energy-saving doors and windows, glass curtain walls, aerospace, electric ships, high-speed trains, containers, etc. Nanshan Aluminum is also sold throughout the country and exported to the world for its excellent quality and extremely high credibility and satisfaction.
