The introduction of 63 extrusion presses of 1800 tons, 2800 tons, 3500 tons, 4500 tons, 6000 tons, 7200 tons, 9000 tons, and 16500 tons from Germany's SMS-OMCO Company indicates that Nanshan Aluminum has entered the forefront of the world by using the world's advanced gradient heating, isothermal extrusion equipment and processes to produce large-section industrial profiles. The foundry is equipped with American Inducta melting furnace, tilting holding furnace, Wagstaff casting machine, SNIF online refining system, two-stage ceramic plate filter and tubular filter. It can produce various alloys of 1-7 series and high-quality aluminum and aluminum alloy round ingots with a maximum diameter of 700mm, which can meet the requirements of high-performance products such as aviation, rail transportation, automobiles, and electricity.
