Fluorocarbon spraying process for aluminum profiles is a process that uses a gas pressure spray gun to evenly spray fluorocarbon coating on the surface of the profile, creating a solid fluorocarbon paint film layer for the aluminum profile. This coating is based on fluorocarbon paint (polyvinylidene fluoride resin) and is matched with metallic aluminum powder to form a high-grade spray material. Unlike powder spraying, fluorocarbon spraying sprays atomized fluorocarbon resin paint, and usually requires two to three layers of paint. Its production process includes key steps such as pre-treatment, primer spraying, topcoat, varnish and curing. The film layer exhibits excellent resistance to fading and frosting, and can effectively resist the erosion of atmospheric pollution (such as acid rain, etc.). Its UV resistance and crack resistance are excellent, and it can adapt to harsh weather environments.

Due to the stable chemical properties of the material and excellent adhesion effect, fluorocarbon spraying has become the mainstream technology for processing high-end aluminum alloy door and window profiles. Although its price is relatively high, it is widely used in aircraft, ships, building curtain walls, and high-end system doors and windows . Nanshan Aluminum's fully automatic powder spraying and fluorocarbon spraying production lines have 18 production lines, including Italian Davidson Cometto vertical, Japanese Lanshi fully automatic fluorocarbon spraying, and horizontal powder spraying. The maximum cutting length that can be sprayed is 13 meters. The production capacity reaches 500,000 tons.

wood grain transfer process for aluminum profiles is to transfer the wood grain pattern to the surface of aluminum alloy through a thermal transfer film or paper. This process does not require the use of any glue, but rather the pattern is firmly fixed to the aluminum through heat treatment. Before transfer, the profile usually needs to be pickled to enhance the adhesion of the base color. Then, the wood grain base powder is sprayed on the profile, and the air is extracted when the film is applied, and finally baked in an oven at 190°-200°. In this way, the ink will be thermally sublimated onto the coating to form a realistic wood grain effect.
