Nanshan Aluminum Central Laboratory has a variety of advanced imported testing equipment, including the German OBLF direct-reading spectrometer, the Japanese Olympus gold microscope, the German Zeiss metallographic microscope, the Israeli Vision H500 section measuring instrument, and the American Instron stretching machine. Hangxin Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (Control and Inspection Center) is an internationally leading scientific research and testing platform under Nanshan Aluminum, providing high-quality guarantees and services for downstream enterprises in terms of intermediate alloys, inspection and testing, and quality. Hangxin Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has successively passed CNAS, NADCAP, CMA, COMAC certification, and has successfully passed a series of international qualification certifications. It is the only third-party independent laboratory recognized by the National Engineering Technology Research Center in the field of national aluminum alloy pressure processing.

In order to improve the level of testing technology and quality management capabilities, Hangxin Technology participated in 40 international proficiency testing projects in 2021-2022, including 18 domestic proficiency testing projects of Zhongshi Guojin and 22 proficiency testing projects of foreign institutions-France PTP. So far, the proficiency testing projects participated in by domestic and foreign institutions involve 129 testing parameters, and all have obtained satisfactory results. Its scope covers high temperature tensile, high cycle fatigue, hardness, crack growth rate, long-term creep, chemical composition analysis, metallographic inspection and other metal material testing fields, meeting the requirements of NADCAP, CNAS, CMA, Boeing, Airbus , domestic C919 and other laboratories for proficiency testing.
