Nanshan AKLU65 series curtain wall profiles

The 65 series curtain wall profile design has the following features:

1. In curtain wall construction projects, fluorocarbon coatings and structural adhesives may be directly bonded. The bonding of some structural sealants and fluorocarbon coatings cannot meet the requirements of curtain walls. Therefore, measures should be taken to improve the bonding strength of the joints between the sub-frame and glass of the hidden frame curtain wall glass assembly and between the fluorocarbon coating panels. During the fluorocarbon spraying process of AKLU aluminum, the bonding parts should be shielded to keep the surface still anodized to enhance the bonding strength.

2. Short gland The exposed frame curtain wall adopts gland crimping, which is convenient for realizing isobaric cavity and can realize snap connection with buckle cover. Although the discontinuous gland (short gland) can reduce the cost, it will cause problems such as uneven glass and failure to form isobaric cavity.

3. The curtain wall beams often droop when the connecting parts between the beams and columns are connected at two points. The reasons may be: (1) the bearing capacity of the beams does not meet the requirements; (2) the connection between the beams and columns is relatively weak. For example, the connecting parts between the beams and columns are connected by two bolts (nails). Due to their poor torsional performance, the curtain wall beams twist.

4. No heat-tight wire is set in the opening cavity. Heat-tight wire is widely used in the design of energy-saving aluminum alloy windows, but it is rarely used in the opening cavity of building curtain walls, resulting in low energy-saving effect in the opening part of the curtain wall.
